Below are the details of how our service works.
We acquire leads by advertising our web properties on the leading online advertising networks in the world. Here are some just of the networks and placements we source traffic from.
When a web visitor fills out one of our forms, they are asked questions to help qualify the lead. Below are examples of some of the qualifiers we use. Visitors who don't meet this criteria are rejected as potential leads.

Once the lead has been qualified and verified, we connect the lead exclusively with your business (no other businesses get their info). Because we work on an exclusive basis, we’re able to facilitate the connection to a much higher degree. Here are some of the methods we use, to help maximize your contact rates while minimizing your time to contact, which is crucial.
We provide you with an online appointment booking tool so that your leads can book a time for you to call.
Once the lead is generated, qualified, and verified, we send an SMS message to the lead on your behalf introducing your firm and inviting the lead to get in touch via call, text or appointment.
We also send an email to the lead, with the same information as the text. Any email replies are directed directly to your firm.
To compliment your sales and contact efforts, we follow up with the lead for up to 15 days via email, sending informative content to help build engagement and interest in your services.
You will be provided with a Google Sheet, where you will be able to retrieve all of your lead information.
When technology permits, we also highly encourage allowing us to set up a direct integration with your CRM, so that we can send leads directly into your system when they are generated.
We send an email notification to your email address of choice when a new lead is generated for you.
We support you and your business from A-Z to help you get the most from our services.
Here are the ways we do so.
All of the software, labor, and ad spend costs are included to provide the services outlined in points 1 - 4.
We offer a help desk service to answer all of your questions, provide tech support, process invalid lead returns, and more.
We also have a knowledge base with articles and videos to help you familiarize yourself with our platform and how to get the most from it.
You will have access to a customer portal where you can update your payment method and retrieve receipts.
Weekly Check In
We send a check-in email every Monday to get your feedback, address any issues, and keep things flowing.
Monthly Report & Call
At the end of each month, you’ll receive a PDF report with your lead generation stats and any relevant notes we have to share. We’ll then ask you to schedule a monthly review call to discuss the last month’s progress and plan the next month’s adjustments.

Pricing is simple. Once you sign this agreement, you will be directed to choose a monthly package size at a guaranteed price per lead. We ask for a short term initial commitment before transitioning to a month-to-month arrangement.

Upon signing this document, you will be redirected to a secure checkout page powered by our payment processing partner, Stripe.
Once you select your package, you will be instructed to enter your billing information for a monthly subscription, which will be billed to your credit card on file on the same day each month and on an ongoing monthly basis until cancelled by you in writing.
If you wish to cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your services you may do so by contacting us via email at [email protected] at least 2 full business days prior to your next billing date. No refunds, downgrades or cancellations on the first 3 monthly payments and no refunds will be issued for payments already made.
Please note that prices are subject to change based on market conditions. In the event of a price change, we will notify you at least 5 business days prior to your next renewal date, allowing you 3 business days to decide if you wish to continue with your services or not.
In the event that we need to withdraw from providing our services to you, we’ll provide you with at least 2 business days notice prior to your next renewal date.
FinanceVine Inc. shall retain the rights to all original materials, data and similar items, produced by FinanceVine Inc. hereunder in connection with the Services under this agreement. You understand that FinanceVine Inc. collects and uses data for a variety of purposes, including improving marketing campaigns. This includes site visitor data, user submitted form information, statistics and recordings of calls placed to our tracking numbers, and more. All services and software used by FinanceVine Inc. shall at all times be the sole property of FinanceVine Inc. and under no circumstances shall You have any interest in or right to the title to such materials, or software.
You grant FinanceVine Inc. a limited, non-transferable, non exclusive license to copy, use, store, set up, publicly display, publicly perform and transmit any trade names, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, content, text, images, software, functionality, page and other design and layout, media and other materials therein and solely in connection with the purposes related to the business relationship as laid out in this Agreement.
Leads are sent via Google Sheets. A lead is considered delivered once it has been added to the sheet. It is your responsibility to check this sheet to confirm your leads on a regular basis. Notification emails and CRM integration are provided as a courtesy only as circumstances beyond our control such as spam filters, issues with your software, and more could prevent leads from being received using those methods. Any lead replacement requests for out-of-service phone numbers or bounced email addresses must be made in writing within a maximum of 7 days from receiving the lead or will not be honored. Please note, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information that leads enter into our forms.
FinanceVine Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages, or for any loss of profits or business interruptions caused or alleged to have been caused by the performance or nonperformance of the items listed in this Agreement. You agree that, in the event FinanceVine Inc. is determined to be liable for any such loss, Your sole remedy against FinanceVine Inc. is limited to a refund of payments made by You to FinanceVine Inc., less expenses paid to sub Companies or to third parties. FinanceVine Inc. is not responsible for errors which result from faulty or incomplete information supplied to FinanceVine Inc. by You or anyone else. You also agree to not seek damages in excess of the contractually agreed upon limitations directly or indirectly through suits by or against other parties. FinanceVine Inc. shall not be liable to You for any costs, damages or delays due to causes beyond its control.
As with any business, your results may vary and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience. There is no guarantee that you will make any income at all and you accept the risk that the earnings and income statements differ by individual. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation. The use of our information, products and services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that FinanceVine Inc. is not liable for any success or failure of your business that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and use of our information, products, and services.
This Agreement constitutes the sole agreement between the parties.
All notices and other communications required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed sufficient upon delivery, when sent by email.
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario.
If one or more provisions of this Agreement are held to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of the Agreement shall be unaffected.
