After billing setup, the last step required is to complete our intake form so that we may commence the setup of your account.

Service

FinanceVine will provide the following services to your business as part of this agreement:

 

01 - Qualified Lead Generation From Top Online Sources

  • Leads are generated from Facebook, Google & other online ad networks. 
  • Ads communicate generic benefits brokerages can provide for the product/service being offered. 
  • Click-throughs on ads are directed to a landing page with more information and an inquiry form.
  • Forms include qualifying questions to ensure basic lead criteria are met (not the same as approval criteria). 
  • Forms also include a real-time API check to ensure the email address entered is valid. 
  • Qualified leads are directed to a semi-personalized outcome page that provides them with additional info. 

 


 

02 - Verified Mobile Numbers & CASL Compliance

  • Before a lead is asked to verify, it first passes through a duplicate check (past 90 days), spam check, and litigator check. 
  • On the qualified outcome page, leads are instructed to enter a code sent via SMS to the mobile number they entered in the form. 
  • Phone verification allows them to be matched with a broker who can provide them with an assessment and/or quote. 
  • Once the SMS code is successfully entered, the lead is "verified".
  • The above process is documented with a TrustedForm certificate that includes a web session video recording for CASL compliance. 
  • Leads who do not verify within 10 minutes, are entered into a 1-week educational email sequence so that they may verify later.

 


 

03 - Exclusive Lead Hand-Off: ≈50% Inbound Contact Rates

  • Each verified leads is exclusively assigned to a single brokerage. 
  • Leads are assigned in real-time as fast as software allows. 
  • Once a lead is assigned, the lead receives:
    • An introduction text & email on behalf of the broker. 
    • The text and email allow the lead to contact the broker first via email, call, text or Calendly appointment. 
    • The Calendly appointment portal is setup and managed by FinanceVine.
  • Once a lead is assigned, the broker receives the following:
    • A new row with the lead info is created on a private Google Sheet document for that broker. 
    • An automated "new lead" email notification to 1 address from FinanceVine. 
    • If the broker has a CRM supported by Zapier, arrangements can be made to send leads directly into that CRM. 

 


 

04 - Scalable Solution: Lead Volume On-Demand

  • Leads are provided in monthly packages of 20, 50, 100, 250 or 500 leads per month.
  • To upgrade a monthly package, simply email our helpdesk with the desired amount and type. 
  • FinanceVine can increase the monthly order, subject on lead availability in that region. 

 


 

05 - Pay-Per Lead Pricing: Guaranteed & No Hidden Fees

  • The price-per-lead is $100 + applicable sales tax. 
  • There are no management, software, landing pages, ad spend or hourly fees. 

 


 

06 - Fully Managed Lead Generation Services

  • FinanceVine manages all of the components of the lead gen service including:
    • Setting up the broker to receive leads from FinanceVine. 
    • Integrating with the broker's CRM when possible. 
    • Managing all landing pages, software, and ad campaigns.
    • Paying for the ads on the ad networks. 
    • Delivering leads as consistently as possible. 
    • Providing customer support via our email helpdesk.
    • Sending monthly reports at the end of each billing cycle. 
  • The Broker is responsible for the following;
    • Submitting the initial intake form. 
    • Responding to emails in a timely manner to complete onboarding and launch.
    • Reporting any technical issues with receiving leads, when applicable. 
    • Contacting leads in a timely and professional manner. 
    • Having a sales process strong enough to move the lead through the pipeline to closing. 

 


Timelines

Day 1 - Day 9

We will onboard your business and provide you with all required information so that we can activate you to start receiving leads within less than 10 days. 

Day 10 - Day 17

Once activated, lead delivery should commence within 24-48 hours if leads are being sent from an established campaign in a region we are already operating within. For campaigns in new regions, it may take up to a week or so for the campaigns to be approved and to start generating leads. 

Day 17 - Day 30

You will start to receive a more consistent lead flow with at least 50% of the first month's order delivered by the end of the billing cycle, if not we'll pause your subscription until this milestone is achieved. An end of month report will be delivered to you once the order is fulfilled. 

End of Second Month

You will receive a more consistent lead flow with at least 80% of the month's order delivered by the end of the billing cycle, if not we'll pause your next subscription payment until this milestone is achieved. An end of month report will be delivered to you once the order is fulfilled. 

End of Third Month 

You will receive a consistent lead flow with at least 80% of the month's order delivered by the end of the billing cycle, if not we'll pause your next subscription payment until this milestone is achieved. An end of month report will be delivered to you once the order is fulfilled.  By the end of this time period, you should be able to assess your results and determine what volume of leads you would like to receive going forward. 

Month 4 & Beyond 

Scale up your order to receive as many leads as you desire to achieve your monthly sales goals, limited only by what is available in your region. 


Payments

Pricing

Pricing is simple. Once you sign this agreement, you will be directed to choose a monthly package of 20 - 500 leads at a guaranteed price per lead of $100 + applicable sales tax (13% HST - Ontario).

Please note that prices are subject to change based on market conditions. Although rare, in the event of a price change we will notify you by email at least 7 business days prior to your next renewal date. In the event that we need to withdraw from providing our service to you entirely, we’ll provide you with notice via email. 

Term 

This agreement is for a 3-month initial term at the package size & lead type signed up for. After this initial term, the agreement automatically converts to month-to-month. 

Billing

Upon signing this document, you will be redirected to a secure checkout page powered by our payment processing partners, Stripe. Once you select your package, you will be instructed to enter your billing information for a monthly subscription, which will be billed to your credit card on file on the same day each month and on an ongoing monthly basis until cancelled as per the terms below.

Cancellation

The first 3 monthly payments indicated on this agreement are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your subscription after this initial term has elapsed, you may do so by contacting our helpdesk at [email protected] and requesting your account be cancelled at least 5 full business days prior to the next monthly subscription payment. Cancellation requests received less than 5 full business days prior to the next monthly subscription payment will be cancelled effective for the following monthly subscription payment thereafter.  If your company is making installment payments throughout the month, the first payment of each month is used to define the "monthly subscription payment" for the purposes of determining cancellation notice. 

Late Payments & Disputes 

Any credit card disputes or chargebacks that are against the terms of this agreement will be subject to a $2000 + tax dispute fee.  

Accounts that are more than 30 days past due will be transferred to our collections agency and any remaining leads owed as part of those past due invoices will be forfeited as a penalty fee to offset the cost of the collections agency fees.  


Legal

Ownership of Materials

FinanceVine Inc. shall retain the rights to all original materials, data and similar items, produced by FinanceVine Inc. hereunder in connection with the Services under this agreement. You understand that FinanceVine Inc. collects and uses data for a variety of purposes, including improving marketing campaigns. This includes site visitor data, user submitted form information, statistics and recordings of calls placed to our tracking numbers, and more. All services and software used by FinanceVine Inc. shall at all times be the sole property of FinanceVine Inc. and under no circumstances shall You have any interest in or right to the title to such materials, or software.

License

You grant FinanceVine Inc. a limited, non-transferable, non exclusive license to copy, use, store, set up, publicly display, publicly perform and transmit any trade names, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, content, text, images, software, functionality, page and other design and layout, media and other materials therein and solely in connection with the purposes related to the business relationship as laid out in this Agreement.

Lead Details

Leads are sent via Google Sheets. A lead is considered delivered once it has been added to your sheet. Notification emails and CRM integration are provided as a courtesy only as circumstances beyond our control such as spam filters, issues with your software, and more could prevent leads from being received using those methods. It is your responsibility to check your Google sheet to confirm your leads on a regular basis and to report any issues with receiving email notifications or leads into your CRM.

Lead qualification questions vary between campaigns and may include questions about income, property value, expected timeline to purchase or sell, amount of equity in a property, estimated credit rating, age, location, and more, Qualifying questions are not meant to ensure 100% approval criteria. They are meant to filter out tire-kickers, bad fit clients, and leads who have no chance at all at being approved for anything. These questions are simply in place to establish minimum criteria is met to consider the inquiry a lead, not a deal. Please note, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any of the information, including responses to qualifying questions, that leads enter into our forms.

Limitation of Liability

FinanceVine Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages, or for any loss of profits or business interruptions caused or alleged to have been caused by the performance or nonperformance of the items listed in this Agreement. You agree that, in the event FinanceVine Inc. is determined to be liable for any such loss, Your sole remedy against FinanceVine Inc. is limited to a refund of payments made by You to FinanceVine Inc., less expenses paid to sub Companies or to third parties. FinanceVine Inc. is not responsible for errors which result from faulty or incomplete information supplied to FinanceVine Inc. by You or anyone else. You also agree to not seek damages in excess of the contractually agreed upon limitations directly or indirectly through suits by or against other parties. FinanceVine Inc. shall not be liable to You for any costs, damages or delays due to causes beyond its control. 

Earnings Disclaimer

As with any business, your results may vary and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience. There is no guarantee that you will make any income at all and you accept the risk that the earnings and income statements differ by individual. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation. The use of our information, products and services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that FinanceVine Inc. is not liable for any success or failure of your business that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and use of our information, products, and services. 

Miscellaneous

Exclusive Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the sole agreement between the parties.

Notices

All notices and other communications required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed sufficient upon delivery, when sent by email.

Choice of Law / Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Severability

If one or more provisions of this Agreement are held to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of the Agreement shall be unaffected.
